Terms and Conditons of Sale

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.scotlandinpicture.co.uk. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions; this does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery worldwide. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Scotland in Picture is a wholly owned subsidiary of AJ Wilson (Assoc) Ltd.

Payment and Price

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. An email will be sent to you at the address you have provided confirming costs and delivery details when your order has been successfully completed.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Copyright for the original work of art remains with Scotland in Picture. You may not reproduce the work in any form without a written licence from the copyright holder.

Goods
All goods have been fairly described. The colours you see on screen will depend on your computer's monitor settings. Consequently there may be some difference between the goods you receive and the image on your screen.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout.

You will be notified if delays are anticipated, if we cannot deliver your order within our recognised delivery time we will inform you and offer you the right to cancel the order.

Delivery Times
Delivery of products (stock items) will normally be made within 14 working days from clearance of payment. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 28 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 28 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. We will not be liable for any delay in providing goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 14 days from delivery. If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect condition, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 10 days from delivery.

In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 14 days from delivery. Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date. Product not as expected: If goods received are not as you expected them you must inform us within 14 of receipt.

Product Guarantees
All products supplied are covered by 100% satisfaction Guarantee. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include a completed Return Instructions form that can be downloaded from www.scotlandinpicture.co.uk/returns. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours following placement of order, please inform us by stating 'Order Cancellation' as the subject and including all order details within the correspondence. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full, this does not include any shipping costs incurred by the sender.

Faulty Goods
Products that are deemed faulty can be returned for replacement or refund. Faulty goods can be returned up to 14 working days following receipt of order, please inform us by email the stating 'Order Cancellation' as the subject and including all order details within the correspondence. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full, this does not include any shipping costs incurred by the sender. Unwanted Goods Products that are deemed unwanted can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Our liability save in the case of death or personal injury in this contract is limited to the purchase price of the goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage or any loss of data, profit, revenue, income or business, however caused, even if foreseeable. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
